Understanding the Cost of Care

We want you to feel informed before beginning care with LifeLogic Functional Wellness Care. This page outlines the costs associated with our personalized wellness services so you can better understand what to expect and make decisions with confidence.

Because each person’s needs are different, recommendations may vary based on your consultation, health history, symptoms, goals, and any lab testing that may be appropriate.

Our team will discuss costs and next steps with you clearly before moving forward.

All new patients begin with an Initial Consultation with Dr. Brian. This first step helps determine whether our office is the right fit for your needs and what next steps may be recommended. For more information about the full process, please visit our How It Works page.

Service Pricing

Comprehensive Health Assessment- $350

In-Depth Report- $450

*Wellness Check-In Calls are available for established patients who have completed the full intake process, including the consultation, recommended labs, Comprehensive Health Assessment, and In-Depth Report. Lab Testing

Dr. Brian recommends lab testing based on your health history, symptoms, goals, and individual needs. Estimated lab pricing will be discussed during your consultation. After your Comprehensive Health Assessment, Dr. Brian will use the information gathered to make final lab recommendations and review pricing details before you move forward.

Insurance

LifeLogic Functional Wellness Care does not accept insurance or provide superbills. This allows us to offer personalized, wellness-focused care that is guided by your individual needs rather than insurance requirements.

Healthcare Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

Some patients may be able to use a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for eligible services. Please check with your HSA or FSA provider before using those funds to confirm what expenses are allowed under your specific plan.

Payment

We accept all major debit and credit cards. Payment is due at the time of service.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 1 hour’s notice for consultations, follow-up appointments, check-in calls, and standard or extended visits.

For Comprehensive Health Assessments and In-Depth Report appointments, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice due to the larger block of time reserved for these services.

Frequently Asked Questions

What costs should I expect when getting started?

All new patients begin with an initial consultation. From there, Dr. Brian may recommend a Comprehensive Health Assessment, lab testing, an In-Depth Report, or follow-up care based on your symptoms, health history, goals, and needs. Any recommended next steps and estimated costs will be discussed with you before moving forward.

Does Dr. Brian accept insurance?

No. LifeLogic Functional Wellness Care does not accept insurance or provide superbills.

Our services are private pay, which allows Dr. Brian to offer personalized, wellness-focused care that is guided by your health history, symptoms, goals, and lab findings rather than insurance coverage requirements.

You will receive clear pricing information before moving forward with any recommended services or lab testing.

Can I use my FSA/HSA to pay for care?

Some patients may be able to use a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for eligible services.

Because coverage rules can vary by plan, we recommend checking with your HSA or FSA provider before using those funds to confirm which expenses are allowed under your specific account.

Are lab costs included in appointment pricing?

No. Lab testing is separate from appointment pricing because each patient’s needs are different. Dr. Brian recommends labs based on your symptoms, health history, goals, and what information may be most helpful for your care plan.

When will I know my lab costs?

Dr. Brian may discuss preliminary lab recommendations after your initial consultation so you have an idea of what testing may be helpful. Final lab recommendations and pricing are typically discussed after your Comprehensive Health Assessment, once your intake forms, health history, symptoms, and goals have been reviewed more completely.

Can my medical doctor order my labs so I can use insurance?

Possibly. Some patients choose to ask their medical doctor to order certain labs, but insurance coverage is not guaranteed and may vary widely. In some cases, insurance-based testing can lead to unexpected costs. Dr. Brian can discuss lab options with you so you can make an informed decision before moving forward.

Why do I need a credit card on file?

A card on file helps make scheduling, payments, and checkout easier. Your payment information is stored securely through the patient portal, and our office cannot view your full card details.

Your card on file may be used for appointments, services, products, or cancellation fees in accordance with our cancellation policy. You can update your payment information at any time through your patient portal.

When is payment due?

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise discussed. LifeLogic accepts major credit cards through the secure patient portal.

What is your cancellation policy?

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you provide as much notice as possible so that time may be offered to another patient.

For consultations, follow-up appointments, check-in calls, and standard or extended visits, please provide at least 1 hour’s notice to cancel or reschedule.

For Comprehensive Health Assessments and In-Depth Report appointments, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. These appointments require a larger block of dedicated time, and additional notice gives our team a better opportunity to offer that time to another patient.

If the required notice is not provided, or if an appointment is missed, a cancellation fee equal to half the visit price will be charged to the card on file.
